I am pleased to report that the Llanhennock Community Council Jubilee event on Saturday the 04th of June, was a great success.
Hosted by the Wheatsheaf Pub and made possible by the hard work of the Jubilee Planning Committee volunteers, the communities of Llanhennock, Tredunnock and Llangattock Nigh Caerleon came together to celebrate. We were exceptionally lucky with the weather – and the hog roast, sweet treats and ice-cream van were very well received.
Splat the rat, football, tin-can alley and rounders kept everyone entertained in the fields, and we had live music playing throughout.
Our thanks to all those who helped make the day possible and to so many families, who attended to support the event.
